Mr. Philip P. T. is a highly accomplished financial professional and strategic leader with an extensive career spanning over 28 years in the insurance and financial services sectors. He joined Muthoot Vehicle and Finance Ltd. as Head of Sales in August 2021 and was subsequently promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in May 2023.

Mr. Philip holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, a Postgraduate Diploma in Insurance Management from Pondicherry University, and an MBA from Jindal Global Business School (JGBS). Additionally, he has completed an Executive Certification Program in Leadership and Management in the New Age from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. His diverse qualifications and vast experience underscore his exceptional leadership and expertise in driving organizational success.

Ms.Geena Thomas

Chief Financial Officer

Ms.Geena Thomas has done her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University in the year 1999. She has been associated with the company for the last 25 years and has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer for the last Ten years with effect from April 2015. She oversees finance, Budgeting, Accounts and taxation of the Company.

Ms. Nrithya Anand is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is also a Commerce Graduate. She oversees the legal and regulatory compliances, manages Board meetings, oversees corporate governance, maintains records and communicates with shareholders and regulatory bodies of the Company.
