Level II:
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided within 3 days, you may escalate the matter to the Nodal Officer at:

Level IV:
If you are still not satisfied with the resolution, you may approach the RBI Integrated Ombudsman.
You can contact the Ombudsman only if your complaint remains unresolved for more than 30 days after raising it with the company.
