Muthoot Finance in collaboration with FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry) has inaugurated the Corporate Sports Championship Kochi 2023. Unveiling of logo and draw of fixtures were conducted in the presence of dignitaries from 20 corporates in and around Kochi. Shri. George M. Jacob - Deputy Managing Director, Muthoot Finance delivered the presidential address. Shri. Hibi Eden - MP, Ernakulam; Adv M. AnilKumar - Kochi Municipal Corporation Mayor; Shri. Babu John Malayil - Deputy General Manager, Corporate Communications; Shri. Savio Mathew - Head, FICCI Kerala State Council was present during the occasion. The glittering ceremony was held at Hotel Abad Plaza, MG Road, Cochin. The official logo of the championship and the draw fixtures were conducted during the occasion.

Corporates like EY, FCI OEN Connectors Ltd., Geojit Financial Services Ltd., KIMSHEALTH Trivandrum, Lulu Group, Muthoot Finance, Muthoot Microfin Ltd, Olam Food Ingredients India Private Limited, Pothys Retail PVT LTD, SFO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (NEST GROUP), TCS, V-Guard Industries Ltd, Baker Hughes, Bhima Jewels Pvt Ltd, UST GLOBALS, and DP World will engage in spirited competitions in Cricket, Football and Badminton categories. The primary objective behind the Corporate Sports Championship Kochi 2023 is to cultivate sportsmanship and unity among attendees and promote a vibrant sporting culture within the corporate landscape of Kochi. The prize money for winners under Football and Cricket is Rs. 50,000. The runner up will get Rs.20,000. The winners and runner ups for Badminton will receive Rs.5000 and Rs.2500 respectively. The total prize money offered for the championship will be Rs. 1,77,500.
