Responsibilities

Customer service: Provide customer service and retention
Loan evaluation: Evaluate loan applications and collateral
Gold appraisal: Verify the weight and purity of gold ornaments
Cross-selling: Promote other products and services of the company
Compliance: Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal audit matters
Documentation: Follow KYC and other prescribed documentation processes
Process improvement: Identify and improve areas for risk mitigation
Interest collection: Follow up with customers for timely interest collection and repayment
Sales: Meet monthly sales targets
