Responsibilities
  • Customer service: Provide customer service and retention
  • Loan evaluation: Evaluate loan applications and collateral
  • Gold appraisal: Verify the weight and purity of gold ornaments
  • Cross-selling: Promote other products and services of the company
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal audit matters
  • Documentation: Follow KYC and other prescribed documentation processes
  • Process improvement: Identify and improve areas for risk mitigation
  • Interest collection: Follow up with customers for timely interest collection and repayment
  • Sales: Meet monthly Branch targets
Qualifications
  • Degree / PG
Experience 
  • Minimum 3 Years experience in Gold Loan -  Bank / NBFC
  • Minimum 1 year experience in  Team handling
